Meet Our First Big Heart Recipient of 2025: Solace Grief Support Society
Big Heart is back for its third year, and we could not be more excited to continue supporting incredible nonprofit organizations. Since launching in 2022, the Big Heart initiative has helped nonprofits amplify their messaging and expand their impact. Each recipient receives a $5,000 Grant of Services, completely free of charge, gaining access to our expert branding, digital, and communications services.
We are proud to announce that the first Big Heart recipient of 2025 is Solace Grief Support Society. Based in Alberta’s beautiful Foothills, Solace is on a mission to ensure that no one grieves alone. They offer professional, compassionate grief support and counselling services to individuals and families navigating the difficult journey of loss. With a deeply inclusive approach, Solace understands that there is no “one size fits all” way to grieve, and no set timeline for healing — each person’s experience is unique.
Solace offers a variety of support options, including one-on-one, family, and group sessions, available both in person and online via Zoom. And the best part? All of their services are completely free, ensuring that cost is never a barrier for those seeking support.
In the coming weeks, we will be connecting with the Solace team to learn more about their goals and needs. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to design a customized strategy that supports their mission. Whether it’s refining their brand, strengthening their online presence, or developing a marketing strategy, our team is here to help Solace make a lasting, positive impact for those experiencing grief.
Compassion and connection are at the core of Solace’s mission and we can’t wait to contribute to their big-hearted work.
