How to Prep for a Website Build with Freshly

And you’re SOOOO in. The price is right, and you've got just the team to make that happen (psst...that's us). You start feeling the energy, and so many ideas are popping into your head because this is finally happening. 

SO HOW TO YOU PREP FOR A WEBSITE BUILD WITH US?

#1: know what you offer. 

Yup, we're talking about your services and products. If you don't have a clear picture, we won't have a clear picture. When you know exactly what you offer, we can move MUCH faster.

But if you still aren’t clear on these, that’s totally okay; let us know, and we can do some biz coaching & development with you before we turn ideas into pixels.

#2: dial in your sales process

You know, one of the first questions we ask in our discovery call?

It’s a question that usually takes our clients a moment to answer. Of course, you are ready! You’ve been waiting a long time to make this dream happen. 

But here is why we ask that question - when we blow up your sales pipeline, you want to make sure your team is ready to turn those leads into conversions. (we can totally help with that). We want to make sure that you’re ready for what success can look like. A ton of leads, a lot of questions, and the ability to work with you. 

#3: bring on the inspiration

If you've got a vibe or vision for your website, we’re going to need you to share that with us. Why? Because you know you best and there are a whole lot of different styles out there. So when we are onboarding you, we’d love to see any ideas, concepts, brands, websites, or colours you love. You can collect those in a handy little Pinterest board or simply collect all the links and email them to us.  It's much easier for our team to nail your project the first time around if you share the style you have in mind.

#4: your ideal customer

Before we get started, we’re going to ask you a few questions about your ideal customer. Even if you don’t have customers yet, we still need to know who your business is FOR, so having your ideal customer at the top of our mind as we begin will help us craft a customer journey that brings the right people to your virtual front door and increases the chances that they'll stay for dinner.

#5: a winning attitude

What does that have to do with the success of a project? Everything. A winning attitude is the combination of self-belief (I believe in this idea), collaboration (I’m flexible in working with others and open to new ideas), and positivity (this is going to work!) that will help us bring your goals to life exactly as you dreamed them up.
